SeedPilot is an information and introduction platform operated by FreshGeo Ltd. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Nothing on the Platform (including scores, percentiles, briefs, matches, or any AI-generated content) is investment advice, a personal recommendation, financial promotion, or an inducement to buy, sell, or subscribe for any investment. We do not assess suitability or appropriateness for any individual.
02We do not arrange or complete deals
SeedPilot introduces founders and investors. We do not arrange, negotiate, broker, or complete investments; we do not hold or handle client money; and we are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any agreement, investment, or dealing between users. Any deal is strictly between the founder and the investor, who should take their own professional advice.
03Early-stage investing is high risk
Investing in start-ups and early-stage companies involves significant risks, including:
- Loss of capital: most early-stage companies fail and you may lose all the money you invest.
- Illiquidity: these investments are typically hard to sell and you may be unable to realise them for years, if ever.
- No dividends: early-stage companies rarely pay dividends.
- Dilution: later funding rounds can reduce your stake.
- Lack of information: there may be limited or unaudited information available.
You should only invest money you can afford to lose, and you should diversify and seek independent advice from an FCA-authorised professional before making any investment decision.
04Limits on what we verify
We perform limited checks against public sources such as official UK company registers. We do not independently audit, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users, the merits of any company, the credentials of any investor, or any projection or claim made on the Platform. Conduct your own due diligence.
05AI output is indicative only
Scores, matches, and briefs are produced by automated models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are signals to help you prioritise, not assurances of quality, suitability, returns, or outcomes, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
